I'm a big supporter of having hobbies outside my academic and professional endeavors. Here's a look at a few of my favorite past -times!
FOOD!
I'm a major foodie and find immense joy in trying new foods, whether that means whipping up a new recipe in my kitchen or trying out a new restaurant. And since I'm fortunate enough to go to school in one of the most culturally diverse cities in the world, I've been taking notes.

TRAVELING!
Exploring different lifestyles and cultural nuances is fascinating to me and is the reason why I emphasize my love for travel. What started as the passion of my parents to show me the world has continued in a curiosity of learning about new traditions, art styles, an,d of course, food!

DANCING
I've been dancing for as long as I can remember, and it's become a part of me and who I am. When I first started dancing, I learned ballet, jazz, lyrical, and urban dance styles. At age 8, I switched to an Indian classical dance style called Kathak and continued until I got my diploma. Now, I still dance in NYU's Premier South-Asian Fusion Dance Collaborative: NYU Nasha. Here, I get to express my creativity and love for rhythm and movement.
